Leather-bound copy of white paper available to scholars and journalists.
NEW YORK, November 10, 2008 -- A groundbreaking white paper, "Content Creation and Distribution in an Expanding Internet Universe," has been placed in the corporate archives of the reference library of the Procter & Gamble headquarters in Cincinnati. The white paper was created and published earlier this year by the Internet Content Syndication Council (ICSC). The foil-engraved, leather-bound copy will be accessible to scholars and journalists throughout the world. Procter & Gamble is the world's largest packaged goods company.

Ken Zinn of P&G Global Hair Care and Color, the Chairman of the ICSC’s Advertising Committee said, "The white paper not only explains the importance of content syndication throughout history, but it also strongly demonstrates its value today. P&G is pleased to be home to its 'first edition.'"
Andrew Susman, Founder and Chairman of the Internet Content Syndication Council, under whose auspices the study was undertaken, said,"It's entirely appropriate that the first edition of this careful examination of the impact of content syndication be placed at the home of Procter & Gamble, a pioneer in consumer advertising for more than 100 years."
Enough can't be said about contributions to the study made by members of the Council. Susman is the CEO of Studio One Networks, the leader in creating exclusively sponsored content for leading advertisers and syndicating it to media partners in multiple channels.
Members of the Internet Content Syndication Council include representatives of the following companies: Mochila, The Associated Press, AT&T, Nielsen, NBC and CBS, among others.
Founded in October 2007, the Internet Content Syndication Council (ICSC) is a central source of information for companies that are actively engaged in or seeking to explore Internet content syndication. On behalf of its members, the ICSC promotes the growth of the Internet content syndication industry by improving understanding of what Internet content syndication is and how it acts as a means of revenue generation for digital publishers, a mode of marketing for advertisers and a system of quality content provision to consumers and networks alike. ICSC members include representatives from leading advertising, technology and media organizations. For further information on the ICSC, please visit http://internetsyndication.org.
